Towson University Improv Ensemble: Shades of Jazz on Noir brings the musical missing link to a part of the film noir history in cinema. It conveys jazz additions to short extracts of the most outstanding works of film noir projected on a large screen as a documentary. The music is mainly improvised or based on short compositions. Performers include the Freak Lip Kill Band featuring Herb Robertson, Matt Darriau and Ana Isabel Ordonez. |
